They are located near the coast in Pescadero California. We use Saigon or Vietnamese Cinnamon. In the foodie crowd Vietnamese cinnamon is considered the finest. It is sweeter, more aromatic, & more powerful than the Indonesian cinnamon commonly sold in supermarkets.Take a bite,at first you recognize the basil as it blooms in your mouth. Then cinnamon slowly sets in on the back end with a bit of warmth and spice.
