Lavender is our signature shortbread. We use organic lavender buds/blossoms in just the right amount so that the flavor is noticeable yet not too strong. Nothing perfume-y or soap-y here.

Perfect Pairings: Wonderful with an Earl Grey Tea, medium house blend coffee, excellent with white Port or floral white wine or Syrah.
