Cinnamon Basil is our most adventurous flavor combination. People are always pleasantly surprised at the taste. Jacobs Farm supplies the organic basil. They are located near the coast in Pescadero California. We use Saigon or Vietnamese Cinnamon. In the foodie crowd Vietnamese cinnamon is considered the finest. It is sweeter, more aromatic, & more powerful than the Indonesian cinnamon commonly sold in supermarkets.Take a bite, at first you recognize the basil as it blooms in your mouth. Then cinnamon slowly sets in on the back end with a bit of warmth and spice.

Shorties™are our bite-sized cookie.  This is a good snacking size to have on hand for a day at the beach, road trip, or front porch sitting.
