We call this our "wait-for-it" cookie. When you bite into it at first all you get is that lovely buttery taste from Straus Family Creamery's European Style butter. Then the peppermint slowly releases its cool menthol. Take a moment to enjoy this coolness as it floats up to the roof of your mouth and tickles your nose. Then the cacao nibs present themselves as a whisper of chocolate. The finish? Something like the the mint chocolate chip ice cream you had as a child. Mmmmm, delicious... talk about the perfect stocking stuffer.

We've paired this one with Ceylon Black Tea from Drink the Leaf. It is also wonderful with a Mocha.
